Biography: Bernard Sugden
Head of Subscriber Data Management EMAI, Alcatel-Lucent Telecom
Bernard Sugden has worked in various parts of the telecommunications industry for 20 years. He has worked on the design and development of small customer premises equipment and large-scale infrastructure projects.
He was involved in some of the early broadband developments at a systems level and has brought this experience into the area of high-speed mobile communications for data and voice.
Working in Alcatel-Lucent for the past 10 years he has focused on the mobile arena for the last 7 years. In that period Bernard specialised in Customer Technical Strategy and end to end architecture and design. Since 2006 he has been engaged mostly in IP and IT data projects. He is now responsible the Technical Sales and Marketing of Subscriber Data Management Portfolio for the EMAI region.
Biography: Lasse Andresen

Lasse Andresen has a proved track record with over 20 years experience in the software business. Unique combination of business and technology understanding, with high credibility and strong international network within IT Industry. Currently also held a position as co-chairman of the Norwegian Liberty Alliance special interest group.

A graduate in Software Engineering from IT and Management Department, Wrocław University of Technology. Responsible in Sun Microsystems for
the technical aspects of Java System product sales. Previously, he worked for Debis IT Services (now T-Systems), a Wrocław-based company, where he was involved in deployment, in cooperation with Sun Microsystems, of the iPlanet (now Sun Java System) products. Among others, he participated in the deployment of the TPI systems, an internal portal in PTK, and Plusnet.
Biography: Monika Mróz
Business Development Manager, Sun Microsystems
Working with Sun for 6 years, responsible for selling services and solutions for telco. She started her career as a researcher at Univerity of Warsaw and continues on various positions in consulting and project management.
